Balancing Your Body’s pH Levels for Optimal Health
Balanced pH Levels Mean a Healthier You
Balancing your pH levels will help with weight issues, mood balancing, skin conditions, digestive issues, muscle and nerve tension, anxiety and stress conditions, bone and joint issues, arthritis, preventing and curing all kinds of illnesses. Correcting your pH balance will help you overcome the body’s cravings for sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and other drugs and health-destroying habits.
To test your own body’s pH, collect a small sample of your first morning urine (any time after 5am, before eating or drinking anything) in a clean container. Check the pH of your urine by dipping a small piece of pH paper or strips (found at your local pharmacy) into your urine (you may also test your urine mid-stream). Immediately after, match the color of the tape to the pH color chart on the roll. The number corresponding to the color tells you the pH. After you wet the tape, do not wait. Immediately match the color. If you delay for a few minutes you may get a false reading.
Another good time to test your pH is 2 to 3 hours after your noon meal. You can not drink anything but water after lunch for 2 to 3 hours before testing your urine. You can also test your urine after 5pm before your evening meal if you have not eaten or drank anything but water for 2 to 3 hours. Though the most accurate 24 cycle reading will be had first thing after rising in the morning.
What Do Different pH ranges mean?
Ideal pH: An ideal urine pH range is between 6.4 to 7.0.
Acidic pH: A urine pH below 6.0 is in the very acid range (minerals badly needed; time to rebuild your mineral status).
Highly alkaline pH: A urine pH over 8.0 is often a danger sign, warning you that your pH is too far out of range. (Minerals are exhausted; you may be in emergency alkalosis where the body is using anything it can [i.e. ammonia] to try to buffer the increased acid load.)
How Can You Correct Your pH Balance?
Move into the best pH range using Coral Minerals. They are 100% pure Japanese coral powder composed of highly ionized calcium, magnesium and trace minerals. Coral Minerals help promote an optimal tissue pH — fast. Most other forms of minerals work too slowly or not at all, many are not ionized. All forms of minerals must be ionized via your digestion before they can be absorbed. Since 92% of Coral

Legend Minerals are already ionized, the body can use the calcium immediately without having to break it down. This is great news for those who don’t have good digestion.
A key role of ionized calcium is to neutralize acidic compounds anywhere in the body, before damage takes place. (Even a great herbal detox won’t work very well without ionized calcium.) Ionized calcium is critical in order to help promote cleansing. If the body’s pH becomes acidic, it becomes harder and harder for the body to uptake other nutrients, such as minerals, vitamins or herbs. The key is to establish the proper acid/alkaline balance in your body. An acidic pH creates a hostile internal environment, making the body struggle to get the nutrients it needs. The more acid you become, the worse you will most likely feel.
Premier Coral Minerals are 100% fine-mesh coral powder (absolutely no additives), and are easily absorbed and assimilated. Other products may contain poor quality coral, the wrong species, or many impurities. Some contain gritty coral, often with impurities such as sand. They may not be readily dissolved and thus are poorly assimilated. Other calcium products may be difficult to absorb or ineffective.
What Does a Healthy pH Balance Mean?
As the body’s pH comes into better balance (pH 6.4 to 7.0), it is like a sunny spring day; your body can easily assimilate minerals that were very difficult to absorb at a more acid pH. The first morning urine pH is the best reflection of the body’s tissue pH. Obtain a roll of pH tape at your local pharmacy to measure your own urine pH.
In a healthy pH environment, you have abundant oxygen. As the pH of the urine drops, less and less oxygen is available to the tissues. Small changes of 1/10 to 2/10 in pH can mean 10 to 20 times more oxygen availability. Ionized calcium is the key mineral to help keep the pH near ideal.
If you are too acidic, it is also important to lessen the use of acid producing foods and drinks, such as sugar, coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, junk food and too often eating lousy food out in restaurants. Too much or overly cooked meat will also contribute to acidic conditions. As will not drinking enough water. If too acidic, you may also need to raise your intake of fresh vegetables.
